Welcome to La Rosina Ecovillage
Josue Carballo and his family are your hosts at a 3,5 hcts farm which has been in the family since almost 200 years. Now besides hosting an ecovillage project we also have experience tourism and meals where you can taste and purchase our own organic olive oil.
If you want to hear a good story of resilience and love, there is one waiting for you.

The menu is a mix of Spanish regional cuisine, poetry and bird songs. Both changes with the seasons. Be sure to ask about the daily specials!

Starter
Smuglers Toast
Portuguese bread with fried bacon , melted cheese and red pepper and oregano. The vegetarian option is with goat melted cheese and a fried egg with garlic and herbs. The vegan option is fried bread with garlic and oregano, mushroom pate and fresh greens.

Safron Rice with carrot, green beans, peas and fried chiken with sea food. The vegan option is the traditional meal, only made with vegetables and rosemary.
